Home visitation program that offers support for families that may be experiencing complex social, emotional and familial challenges, that may impact overall family functioning, parent child relationships and the wellbeing and development of children and youth 0-18 years of age.. Housing Support Worker:
Assists individuals and families, ages youth to senior find sustainable housing, support people that are already housed maintain their housing by scheduling regular in person check ins. Can also assist with money management, accessing subsides or benefits, mediating landlord/tenant issues, filling out forms, and making connections with other community resources and supports. Providing door-to-door accessible service with priority placed on service for persons with disabilities, seniors and those with transportation barriers. Serving Windsor, West Hants, Hantsport and Mount Uniacke. Call 902-792-1800 to book your drive, at least one business day in advance.
